Pi Co, located at University and Adelaide, is a delicious new, laid-back pizza joint. Pi Co is a build-your-own style pizza restaurant with a wide variety of toppings. You can choose your own cheese, meat, veggies and garnishes – which means everyone can create the pizza of their dreams. Pi Co also offers gluten-free crust options.

Pi Co’s entrance is threshold free and is equipped with two sets of double doors, both with accessible door openers. The front of the restaurant features a large space to park and maneuver mobility devices. The flooring is smooth concrete throughout the restaurant with no thresholds or changes in texture.

There are a variety of seating options inside the restaurant. There is a long row of standard height tables with bench seating on one side and removable stools on the other side. There are also high top tables and stools and a high bar with stools. The space is open concept and features large windows that provide natural lighting. The menu at the front of the restaurant is slightly difficult to read due to small font; however, the menu is accessible online on the website and there is not a great deal that needs to be read as all the toppings are on display.
