Spinal Cord Injury Ontario is trying to increase TTC accessibility

With new council now formed, Spinal Cord Injury Ontario (SCIO) wants to request TTC Accessibility on council’s agenda in the new year! SCIO has already received commitments for TTC Accessibility from 22 of the 44 elected councilors in support of a motion to accelerate the accessibility of all subway stations and two elected champions that are interested in putting the motion forward.

Putting a motion forward on council agenda only means that a commitment is made to discuss a course of action or a determination of whether this is a city council priority among all the other priorities.

Your support will be strongly needed in order to put this very important motion to the floor.  To help prepare for this, sign up on our webpage: http://www.sciontario.org/ttc-accessibility.

AccessTO has already signed up! Lets create change together!
