Pizza lovers rejoice! The greatly loved Italian restaurant has added a new location- and this one is right downtown and accessible! The Danforth and Ossington locations are not accessible so this opening is great news for those looking for a delicious, casual and authentic Italian meal.

The restaurant space was built accounting for accessibility, making for a large, open, spacious restaurant. The restaurant is in an office building, which is accessible via a ramp on University Ave. There are automatic openers on the front doors, which are 37 inches wide. The floors are smooth and even throughout the restaurant. When I first arrived, I was concerned because I could only see bar seating and booths, but closer to the back of the restaurant there is a large section with removable chairs and tables measuring 27.5 inches high. The restaurant is very popular, and gets very busy. We recommend calling ahead to make a reservation for dinner or lunch, especially if bar height seating or booths won't work for you.

There are individual male and female washrooms, with automatic door openers and automatic locks. The doors to enter the washrooms measure 35.5 inches across. There are handles on the inside of the door to assist with closing, and lots of space in the washroom. The sink is 33 inches high and 31 inches across. The soap and automatic hand dryer are both easily reachable.

There will be a patio along the side of the restaurant in the summer, which the friendly staff confirmed would be accessible.

The sidewalk along University Ave is very wide with a curb cut near by. The closest Green P lots are at 40 York St. or 110 Queen St. W. (Nathan Phillips Square). There is also an Impark lot right across from the restaurant located at 200 King St. W. The restaurant is accessible from the PATH and St. Andrews TTC stop is very close by as well.
